Chelsea City Hall

CSI’s scope of work for the restoration project of Chelsea city hall covered a wide variety of work items. A few of the items were, first floor interior work, demo and removal of old mechanical equipment and stairs, cutting and re-pointing of mortar joints, installation of a new staircase, painting steel beams and historic renovation of the dome.
